Job Summary

Talent Recruitment Services is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
