Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Talent Recruitment Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure high-quality customer service standards are met.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment:
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language.
