Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Talent Recruitment Services. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure high-quality customer service standards are met
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Office skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
