Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, ensuring consistency across all dishes.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including front-of-house staff and management, to ensure seamless service and excellent customer experience.
- Education and Experience: A degree in culinary arts or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen role.
