Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Clinician to join our Employee & Family Assistance Program team at CB Canada. As a key member of our team, you will provide confidential counseling, case management, and direct clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver EFAP services, including confidential counseling, case management, direct clinical services, and assessments
  • Receive case assignments, establish treatment plans, and complete case progress notes
  • Develop service plans outlining a specific plan of action with each client under periodical supervision
  • Complete comprehensive psycho-social assessments on clients as needed
  • Participate in in-house training as required
  • Receive crisis calls from the Client Services Center as required
  • Available to work two evenings or a weekend day of client sessions, and occasional on call

Requirements

  • Masters in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or other related discipline
  • Must hold valid registration with the relevant governing body
  • Minimum 3 years counselling experience
  • Experience in brief solution-oriented counselling
  • Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office & Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
