About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Clinician to join our Employee & Family Assistance Program team at CB Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering confidential counselling, case management, and direct clinical services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver EFAP services, including confidential counselling, case management, and direct clinical services
  • Receive case assignments, establish treatment plans, and complete case progress notes
  • Develop service plans outlining a specific plan of action with each client under periodical supervision
  • Complete comprehensive psycho-social assessments on clients as needed
  • Participate in in-house training as required
  • Receive crisis calls from the Client Services Center as required
  • Available to work two evenings or a weekend day of client sessions, and occasional on-call
Requirements
  • Masters in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or other related discipline
  • Valid registration with the relevant governing body
  • Minimum 3 years counselling experience
  • Experience in brief solution-oriented counselling
  • Knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office & Outlook (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
