Job Summary

Cosmic Pizza & Donair is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Food Preparation: Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, advise on menu selections, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Will train and provide on-the-job training to ensure success in the role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
