Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at KENARD FAST FOOD LTD. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
    • Restock linens, utensils, and other supplies as needed.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
