About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Rekind Food Services Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation and Handling: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and portion and wrap foods for customers.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient food service operation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
