Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at KENARD FAST FOOD LTD. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
    • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
    • Stand for extended periods and move frequently throughout the restaurant.
    • Occasionally lift and carry heavy objects (up to 13.5 kg/30 lbs).
  • Personal Qualities
    • Be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
    • Be reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • Will train on the job.
