Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing new office procedures
- Assessing and refining administrative processes
- Setting work priorities and ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines
- Managing daily administrative functions of the organization
- Overseeing policies and procedures related to information management and privacy regulations
- Coordinating office services including space planning, equipment procurement, supply management, and security
- Assisting in budget preparation and maintaining financial controls
- Conducting data entry tasks
- Providing training and support to staff
- Supervising and coordinating office administrative functions
- Addressing and resolving conflicts
- Commissioning and managing systems and components
- Providing coaching and mentorship
- Monitoring and evaluating performance
- Managing payroll processes
- Collaborating with other departments on work activities
- Troubleshooting equipment-related issues
