**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Blind Bay Country Market. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Ensure that all returns are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for store staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimal productivity.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that stock is properly stored and rotated.
  • Supervise Staff: Oversee the activities of store staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Permanent position with relocation costs covered by employer
  • Language: English
  • Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
