Key Responsibilities:

  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Ensure that all returns are processed efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for store staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is properly stored and rotated to minimize waste and optimize sales.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Permanent position with relocation costs covered by employer
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
