Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping experience for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, with a strong background in customer service and team leadership.
- Work Setting: Permanent position, 35 hours per week, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
- Language: English
