  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
    • Develop and implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Store Operations
    • Authorize returns and exchanges, ensuring fair and consistent application of store policies.
    • Establish and maintain store displays, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
