About Pioneer-On the Run

We are a dynamic retail company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise Management
    • Order and receive merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
    • Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Sell merchandise to customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Inventory Control
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Financial Management
    • Manage cash and make financial decisions to ensure the store's profitability
  • Payroll Administration
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate payment of employees
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train a team of 1-2 employees to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Language and Work Term

The language of work is English and the work term is permanent.

Hours of Work

The hours of work are 40 hours per week.
