Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Experience Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of large-scale Salesforce Experience Cloud initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the Lead Architect, responsible for crafting, developing, and deploying tailored Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that address the intricate needs of our clients. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including experience design professionals, program managers, industry experts, and developers, to deliver outstanding digital experiences that enhance business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
- Conduct solution design workshops to gather requirements and guide the technical design process.
- Convert business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
- Architect and document technical solutions that align with client objectives, identifying gaps and presenting viable options.
- Understand the nuances of Aura and LWR runtimes, including their optimal applications and limitations.
- Collaborate with Experience Design teams to shape digital experiences, providing insights on standard solutions and custom feature complexities.
- Work closely with program leadership to ensure project alignment, timely execution, and ongoing development.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively, influencing decisions and building consensus among stakeholders.
- Engage with client stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations, addressing risks and challenges proactively.
- Travel Requirement: Up to 50% travel may be necessary for the Global Salesforce Team.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Experience Cloud Architect.
- In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Experience Cloud product suite.
- Proven experience in defining system architecture, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, alongside expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud development.
- Familiarity with Aura and LWR runtimes.
- Experience with Salesforce's content management system and third-party CMS solutions.
- Knowledge of platform security features and data sharing considerations.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with leadership experience being advantageous.
- Capability to act as a Delivery Solution Lead on projects.
