Position Overview

Global Technical Talent is seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to enhance digital engagement and implement best practices within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the adoption of Salesforce technologies and optimize their functionality to align with business goals.
  • Utilize extensive experience with Salesforce products, particularly Commerce Cloud, to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Lead new Salesforce initiatives related to Commerce Cloud and other Salesforce offerings as outlined in the project strategy.
  • Engage with leadership to identify project priorities, stay informed on product updates, and promote awareness and usage across the organization.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, especially Commerce Cloud.
  • Significant experience in providing strategic technology guidance within a complex organizational structure.
  • Demonstrated capability to perform hands-on tasks, including system configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
  • Possession of Salesforce certifications, particularly those relevant to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with other Salesforce products is considered a strong advantage.
