As a Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological framework for significant client projects. Your expertise will be essential in translating business requirements into actionable strategies on premier CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Your Responsibilities

In your role, you will:

  • Define the technical architecture for client projects, ensuring alignment with their strategic vision.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Create detailed user scenarios, data models, and workflows to support project execution.
  • Collaborate with project teams using agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, to implement architectural solutions.
  • Oversee the delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Provide guidance to designers and developers, facilitating clear communication of project requirements.
  • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and maintain regular updates with clients.
Collaboration and Team Dynamics

You will be part of a dynamic technical team comprising over 100 skilled professionals. This collaborative environment encourages close interaction with Architects, Developers, and Technical Project Managers, as well as account teams and Data Specialists. Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud architect or technical consultant, preferably within a digital agency context.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its applications.
  • Experience managing client-focused projects while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Strong background in Workflow Engines and database design and modeling.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to clients.
