Position Overview

Global Technical Talent is seeking a Salesforce Architect to enhance digital engagement and implement best practices within Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The selected candidate will utilize their extensive experience with Salesforce platforms, particularly Commerce Cloud, to refine the system and its capabilities to align with organizational goals.
  • This role involves collaborating with team members to maximize the use of technology effectively.
  • The Salesforce Architect will be pivotal in new Salesforce initiatives related to Commerce Cloud and potentially other Salesforce solutions, as outlined in the project roadmap.
  • Additionally, this individual will work closely with leadership to identify upcoming project priorities, stay informed on product updates, enhancements, and best practices, and promote awareness and adoption across the organization.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Significant experience with Salesforce technologies, especially Commerce Cloud.
  • Proven track record of providing technological guidance and strategy within a complex organizational structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in hands-on tasks, including system configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and product improvements.
  • Salesforce certifications, particularly those relevant to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, are highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with other Salesforce products would be a considerable advantage.
