Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team at The Digital Transformation Agency. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and optimization of Salesforce within our clients' operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance for Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with best practices, architecture standards, and overall IT strategy.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, flows, triggers, and integration patterns such as SOAP/REST web services, APIs, batch processes, connectors, middleware, etc.
  • Technical Architecture:
    • Develop and maintain the Salesforce technical architecture, including data models, integrations, and application landscapes.
    • Evaluate and recommend Salesforce technologies and tools to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.
    • Identify and address technical challenges and risks, providing proactive solutions.
    • May also suggest or be involved in pilot projects where a proof of concept is required to verify the feasibility of a proposed technical solution.
  • Project Management:
    • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
    • Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Mentor and develop junior Salesforce team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve project goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce core concepts, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
  • Multiple Salesforce project deployments, including release and environment management.
  • Minimum 5X Salesforce certifications required, Salesforce Technical or Application or System Architect certificate is a must.
  • Experience around Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and multi-location Service Cloud rollout is preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within the United States as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with healthcare or medical device industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data migration and integration tools is beneficial.
  • Understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure is advantageous.
