Key Responsibilities:- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek out potential clients through cold calls, converting prospects into sales meetings.

- Travel and Client Engagement: Frequent travel within your assigned territory is essential for engaging with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring strong relationships.
- Proposal Development and Presentation: Develop sales proposals, obtain necessary approvals, and present compelling proposals to clients.
- Collaboration and Communication: Communicate effectively with engineering teams to ensure accurate proposals and project execution. Collaborate with sales and area managers to align with company and branch sales initiatives.
- Customer Support and Satisfaction: Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure proper equipment utilization and customer satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain timely and accurate sales reports, contributing to sales projections and backlog management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales/Account Management experience in the construction industry, with experience in infrastructure or mining being an asset.
- Must speak French; English is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and effective selling and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn new systems and techniques.
