Pharmacy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Thrifty Foods. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and service
  • Develop and implement pharmacy programs and initiatives to drive sales and improve patient outcomes
  • Manage the pharmacy's inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of British Columbia
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
  • Injection and First Aid Certification
