Pharmacy Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our Pharmacy team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Pharmacy department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are equipped to provide the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the receipt, preparation, and delivery of prescriptions to patients in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels of medications and over-the-counter supplements to meet patient needs.
- Supervise and provide guidance and direction to staff, including hiring and managing performance.
- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients.
- Obtain and review budgeted sales and net contribution.
- Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy (dispensary).
- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
- Strong people management skills and the ability to motivate and coach others.
- Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies.
- Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy Computer system.
