Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and service
- Develop and implement pharmacy programs and initiatives to promote patient service standards and drive sales
- Act as a patient advocate and implement patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs
- Manage the selection, onboarding, training, and development of pharmacy staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of British Columbia
- Injection and First Aid Certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Kroll software experience is preferred
- Competitive salary range of $60.00-$62.00 per hour
