Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Thrifty Foods. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team to provide exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patient expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales, control labor, monitor margin, and control shrink.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures are followed.
- Manage the selection, onboarding, training, and development of pharmacy staff.
- Actively engage in all areas of the business to ensure seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience across locations.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- Kroll software experience is preferred.
