Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales, control labor, monitor margin, and control shrink.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage the selection, onboarding, training, and development of pharmacy staff.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, upholding and instilling company values, including diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- Kroll software experience is preferred.
