Job Title: Travel Agent

At Imperial Hospitality Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Travel Agent to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Manage difficult situations with customers, provide travel information, and offer solutions to their queries.
  • Travel Planning: Use computerized reservation and ticketing systems to make transportation and accommodation reservations, and provide clients with travel information regarding destinations, transportation, and accommodation options.
  • Communication: Develop contact lists, attend to cancellations and schedule changes, and provide clients with updates on their travel arrangements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Galileo, Amadeus, MS Office, and Sabre.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
