Job Title: Travel Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Imperial Hospitality Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert travel advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex customer situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks to support the team
  • Sell travel products and insurance to clients, using your knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques
  • Provide clients with detailed information on destinations, transportation, and accommodation options
  • Make travel arrangements using computerized systems, such as Galileo and Amadeus
  • Develop and maintain contact lists and databases
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computerized reservation systems
Working Conditions:
  • 30 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
