At Imperial Hospitality Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Travel Agent to join our team. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues that may arise during the travel process.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, transportation, and accommodation options.
- Make travel arrangements and bookings using computerized reservation systems.
- Develop and maintain contact lists of clients and travel industry partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to our clients.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computerized reservation systems, such as Galileo and Amadeus.
- Knowledge of MS Office and other software applications.
