At IMPERIAL HOSPITALITY CONSULTING, we are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage difficult situations with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Sell travel products and travel insurance to clients, using your knowledge of the industry to make informed recommendations.
  • Provide clients with detailed information about destinations, transportation, and accommodation options.
  • Develop and maintain contact lists of clients and industry partners.
  • Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized systems.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the tourism industry.
  • Permanent employment with a 30 hour work week.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills
  • Proficiency in Galileo, Amadeus, MS Office, and Sabre.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
