Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Parts Sales Associate to join our team at Lordco Auto Parts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Utilize your automotive knowledge to recommend the right solutions for our customers, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow staff members to source, order, and deliver the right products to our customers.
  • Continuously develop and expand your automotive knowledge to stay up-to-date on the latest products and technologies.
  • Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the team's success, including receiving and stocking inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • 2-4 years of automotive and/or sales experience is required, with a strong background in customer service and sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
