Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Carquest Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling or overseeing the selling of automotive products for repair or distribution to automotive repair shops and other commercial businesses.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with District Leaders, General Managers, and other key personnel to achieve sales goals for assigned accounts.
  • Implement new Commercial Sales programs and support current initiatives.
  • Visit assigned accounts to develop sales approaches, identify customer needs, and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales call activity and customer interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with Store Teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Provide feedback and input to business partners on competitive information, merchandising suggestions, and other services to strengthen the market position of the company.
  • Partner in the development and retention of Professional Parts Pros to support internal growth and career opportunities.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Advance products and services.
  • Ability to market products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to review and analyze business reports.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven sales track record with 3-5 years related selling experience.
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: valid driver's license and fleet safety certification.
