Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending aftermarket auto parts and accessories, and working closely with colleagues to source and deliver solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Utilize your automotive knowledge to recommend and sell aftermarket auto parts and accessories.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to source, order, and deliver the right solutions for our customers.
  • Continuously develop and expand your automotive knowledge to stay up-to-date on industry trends and products.
  • Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the team's success, including lifting items up to 50lbs.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in the automotive and/or sales industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner.
  • Strong-willed individual ready to learn and advance their automotive knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
