About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JJBG Holdings Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 food service counter attendants and food preparers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Service
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced food service environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
