Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Osmow's Shawarma. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff
    • Direct and supervise the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
    • Coordinate the work of staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food production.
  • Train and Develop Staff
    • Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies
    • Estimate and order food and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is maintained at optimal levels.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety
    • Inspect food and service to ensure that they meet quality control standards.
    • Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Manage Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customer service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain Records and Reports
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Work Environment

Osmow's Shawarma is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a noisy and hot environment, standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
