Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JJBG Holdings Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all staff members are working together seamlessly.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Ensure Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality control, ensuring that food and service meet our customers' expectations.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Culinary Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our establishment's culinary genres and be able to communicate this to staff members.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize overtime.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 40 hours per week
