Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure effective sales floor coverage.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet business objectives.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to meet business needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in retail sales or management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate sales staff.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze sales data.
Work Environment:
