Position Overview

Apollo Health & Beauty Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated Retail Buyer to enhance our procurement operations. This role is essential in ensuring our product offerings meet market demands and align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Arrangement: Organize merchandise according to established planograms to optimize sales.
  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady flow of quality products.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiation: Engage in negotiations regarding pricing, discounts, credit terms, and logistics with suppliers.
  • Distribution Oversight: Manage the distribution of products to various retail outlets efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Merchandise Selection: Assess the needs of the business and determine the types and quantities of products to purchase.
  • Team Supervision: Oversee and guide the work of fellow buyers to ensure effective collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a relevant role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
