Key Responsibilities:- Develop and grow National Key Accounts while driving collaboration between National Sales and Product functions.
- Ensure global account growth plans are executed where applicable.
- Drive end-to-end and value-added solutions selling with focus on National Key Accounts with sizeable potential.
- Ensure all global sales policies, processes, and guidelines relating to the Industry Vertical are adhered to.
- Review up-trading, down-trading, loss-making, and newly gained accounts monthly and take corrective action.
- Ensure Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Business Review meetings take place, are well-prepared, and all relevant stakeholders are involved in a timely manner for National Key Accounts.
- Ensure minutes from Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Business Review meetings are distributed to all relevant stakeholders and corrective actions are followed up for National Key Accounts.
- Ensure any concerns and/or complaints are timely escalated to all relevant stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, building professional relationships internally and externally.
- Strategic and planning skills (ability to develop strategy and plan).
- Language and Computer Skills.
- Proficient in both English and French language.
- Microsoft Office suite.
