We are seeking a skilled Credit Reporting and Client Support Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage incoming data to ensure data integrity and quality controls are met.
  • Work with customers to resolve data quality issues and provide online training for customer onboarding.
  • Ensure data suppliers adhere to reporting and data quality standards and recommend data suppliers for termination for failing to meet account requirements.
  • Generate and provide cumulative reports and manage incoming correspondence.
  • Review files from clients or 3rd party suppliers containing financial data and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Identify operational redundancies and gaps within standard operational procedure guidelines.
  • Assist internal teams with interdepartmental projects and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • University degree or College Diploma and at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the credit or financial services industry.
  • Proven customer management skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • A proven understanding of the operations function, with previous experience in banking, retail credit or consumer credit reporting industries considered an asset.
  • The ability to multi-task and handle high volumes of small projects simultaneously.
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance in a complex environment with a demonstrated understanding of credit reporting laws and regulations.
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to present data and information effectively.
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
