Social Media Marketing Manager

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster engagement, and drive growth across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's executive brand pillars and marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.
- Channel Management: Manage and optimize social media channels to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategies and optimize performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of social media professionals to ensure successful execution of social media strategies.
- 6+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in managing direct reports.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
