About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Content and Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at SiriusXM Canada. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media marketing strategies to drive brand engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve our social strategy to identify new opportunities for customer growth.
  • Lead the content strategy, content creation, and content posting for all of SiriusXM Canada's brand social media channels.
  • Drive our live capture strategy at events/sponsorships and other experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Own day-to-day paid social management and campaign optimizations.
  • Partner with media agencies and internal teams to build automation and scalable tools.
  • Partner with the brand and creative teams to concept, produce, refine, and iterate thumb-stopping performance branding creative.
  • Own the tracking, attribution, and measurement of digital media performance metrics.
  • Manage external partners to improve performance and explore new platform opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or New Media.
  • 5-7 years of experience managing, scaling, and overseeing social media strategy and performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social publishing tools, measurement tools, and social listening services.
  • Expert knowledge of Canva or other design/editing tools.
  • High attention to detail and ability to set and hit aggressive growth goals and targets.
  • Ability to thrive within a dynamic, high-stakes team.
  • Clear, concise communication style and comfort working with a diverse group of people.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with a strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Passion for content and ability to keep a pulse on social media and cultural trends.
  • Growth mindset and ability to hit KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Ability to travel and work irregular hours as required.
  • Fluency in the French language and/or understanding of the Quebec market is a major asset.
