About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Resident Experience and Digital initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our residential experience journey, leveraging people, processes, and technology to deliver best-in-class, luxury living experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance the homeowner experience, prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and leverage company-wide initiatives to increase synergy and integration.
- Lead the development and execution of digital experiences, including product roadmaps and lifecycle management.
- Drive resident and user satisfaction, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support the Residential Operations team with relevant corporate and global initiatives, including pre- and post-opening processes.
- University degree in Business, Residential, Property Management, or Real Estate Hotel Management.
- 8-10+ years of related experience and/or leadership operational roles in luxury hotel and residential projects.
- Intermediate/advanced level of hotel and residential management industry and operations.
- Strategic, analytical, and strong business acumen.
