Job Title: Customer Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Technician to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Update customer files and records accurately and efficiently
  • Enter customer orders and process transactions
  • Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Manage website content and updates
  • Provide logistics support and manage inventory
  • Manage invoicing and billing
  • Perform other related tasks as required

Requirements:

  • DEP in administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer service
  • Computer literate
  • Experience with Office, Simply Accounting, and CRM software
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English)
  • Sales experience an asset
