Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Spécialités D'Outillages RD inc.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Sell merchandise and promote products to customers.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
Working Conditions:

The Customer Service Representative will work in a retail environment, with regular exposure to customers, colleagues, and company products.

Language:

French language proficiency required.

Work Schedule:

40-45 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
