About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Elevator Sales Manager to join our team at Venture Elevator Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts and building strong relationships with business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Project Management: Oversee the management of sales projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position in a private sector company, with a general office setting. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel for extended periods and have a valid driver's license.
