Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at 2160943 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

Develop and implement effective budget planning and control strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize revenue.

Strategic Planning

Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.

Sales Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.

Operational Management

Oversee the planning and execution of sales operations, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Project Management

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and maximum impact.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

Supervision

5-10 people.

Area of Specialization

Communications, Management, Sales, Market Research, Project Management.

Personal Suitability

Ability to multitask, accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, initiative, interpersonal awareness, organized, team player, time management.

Work Environment
