Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the retail industry.

  • Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement price and credit policies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Procurement: Source and procure high-quality merchandise for resale.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail sales management or a related field.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
