About the Role

At Somrav Marketing Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Sales Trainee to join our team. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Presentation and Demonstration: Effectively present and demonstrate our products and services to existing and potential customers on a daily basis.
  • Customer Engagement: Meet with customers regularly to review product and service options and provide targeted recommendations to fulfill their individual needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Observe our company's operations to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping and Communication: Respond to all inquiries, maintain records, build rapport, recommend ways to improve product and service offerings, and increase sales productivity.
  • Field Sales Campaigns: Execute field sales campaigns and collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service department to ensure we're providing competitive, industry-leading sales solutions for our clientele.
  • Territory Management: Work all assigned territories sufficiently to maximize customer acquisitions and increase the market share.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of our product line by attending weekly sales and customer service training sessions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of direct sales experience is preferred, but we'll also accept any customer or client-facing experience.
  • Interest in Sales: A general interest in sales and desire to advance within an organization.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated to be able to work independently in market territories.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in written and verbal communication when conversing with customers.
  • Work Ethic: Strong work ethic to be able to keep advancing in new product and service knowledge.
  • Personality: Highly personable to be able to build quick rapport with customers.
